Senior Field Service Technician – Break/Fix (Ricoh Equipment)

Lexington, KY

Are you a hands-on problem solver who enjoys fixing things and working independently? We’re hiring a Senior Field Service Technician to provide on-site break/fix support for Ricoh printers and copiers at client locations across the Lexington area.

This role is perfect for candidates with a mechanical or auto technician background looking to apply their skills in a technical, customer-facing environment.

What You’ll Do:

Diagnose, repair, and maintain Ricoh printers, copiers, and multifunction devices.
Perform break/fix service calls at customer sites.
Troubleshoot mechanical and technical issues and replace components as needed.
Manage your own territory, inventory, and service schedule.
Deliver excellent customer service and ensure equipment is fully operational.

What We’re Looking For:

Hands-on experience in mechanical, electrical, or repair-focused roles.
Auto mechanic or automotive technician background strongly preferred.
Experience in break/fix environments a plus.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and travel locally throughout the day.
