Senior Field Service Technician – Break/Fix (Ricoh Equipment)
📍 Lexington, KY
Are you a hands-on problem solver who enjoys fixing things and working independently? We’re hiring a Senior Field Service Technician to provide on-site break/fix support for Ricoh printers and copiers at client locations across the Lexington area.
This role is perfect for candidates with a mechanical or auto technician background looking to apply their skills in a technical, customer-facing environment.
What You’ll Do
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain Ricoh printers, copiers, and multifunction devices
- Perform break/fix service calls at customer sites
- Troubleshoot mechanical and technical issues and replace components as needed
- Manage your own territory, inventory, and service schedule
- Deliver excellent customer service and ensure equipment is fully operational
What We’re Looking For
- Hands-on experience in mechanical, electrical, or repair-focused roles
- Auto mechanic or automotive technician background strongly preferred
- Experience in break/fix environments a plus
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and travel locally throughout the day
