What You'll Do:

Operate high-volume print, copy, and production equipment to deliver quality results.
Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate resolutions to keep operations running smoothly.
Provide exceptional customer service by managing requests, answering questions, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Manage inventory, maintain records, and support mail, sorting, and distribution services.
Assist with meeting room setups, reception support, and other on-site operational needs.
Promote a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.

What We're Looking For:

High School Diploma or GED.
At least 1 year of experience in a customer service, administrative, production, or office support role.
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Bonus Skills:

Print, copy center, mailroom, or production experience.
Basic copier or equipment troubleshooting knowledge.
Valid driver's license.
