What You'll Do:
- Operate high-volume print, copy, and production equipment to deliver quality results.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate resolutions to keep operations running smoothly.
- Provide exceptional customer service by managing requests, answering questions, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Manage inventory, maintain records, and support mail, sorting, and distribution services.
- Assist with meeting room setups, reception support, and other on-site operational needs.
- Promote a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.
What We're Looking For:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service, administrative, production, or office support role.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Bonus Skills:
- Print, copy center, mailroom, or production experience.
- Basic copier or equipment troubleshooting knowledge.
- Valid driver's license.
