Solutions Specialist / Printer & Copier Technician:
Are you a hands-on technical expert who thrives on solving complex problems and delivering exceptional customer service? Join our team as a Solutions Specialist / Printer & Copier Technician and become the go-to specialist for servicing and repairing advanced office technology solutions.
- Diagnose, repair, install, and maintain multifunction printers and office equipment.
- Manage your own territory, inventory, and customer relationships.
- Provide advanced technical support and mentorship to fellow technicians.
- Partner with Sales to identify upgrade and revenue opportunities.
- Deliver outstanding service while working independently in the field.
What we're looking for:
- 1+ years of technical service experience.
- Expertise in office equipment, printers, and multifunction devices.
- Strong troubleshooting and customer-facing skills.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel within assigned territory.
