Solutions Specialist / Printer & Copier Technician

- Service and repair printers, copiers, and multifunction devices.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and network issues.
- Train customers on equipment and workflow best practices.
- Work independently in a customer-facing field service role.
- Grow your technical expertise with industry-leading technology.
What we're looking for:
- Experience with computers, electronics, networking, or printer/copier technology.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
