Now Hiring: Senior Field Service Technician – Printers and Copiers
Are you the go-to expert when equipment gets tough? Do you enjoy solving complex technical problems while owning your territory? We’re looking for a hands-on, highly skilled Senior Field Service Technician to join our team and take charge in the field.
What You’ll Do:
- Tackle advanced service and repair work on office equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve complex issues on B&W, color, and multifunction devices (MFPs).
- Handle full lifecycle installs, removals, and retrofits.
- Serve as the technical expert in your assigned territory.
- Provide 2nd-level support to fellow technicians when needed.
- Train and mentor newer techs, sharing best practices.
- Manage your schedule, territory, and inventory independently.
- Maintain accurate documentation and service records.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction.
- Identify and share sales opportunities during service visits.
What You Need:
- Experience servicing copier / printer / MFP equipment.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Ability to work independently in the field.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Personal vehicle required (mileage reimbursement provided).
Compensation & Perks:
- $29/hour starting pay.
