About the Job
Looking for a hands-on role where you’re out in the field, solving problems and working with technology? Join our team as a Field Service Technician supporting Ricoh printers and copiers across the Baltimore area.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide break/fix repair and preventative maintenance on printers and copiers at client sites.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and technical issues to keep equipment running smoothly.
- Install, configure, and support office technology solutions.
- Deliver excellent customer service while managing your own daily schedule.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in technical, mechanical, or repair-based roles (field service a plus)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working independently and traveling locally.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
