What You’ll Do

  • Support legal teams with document production, records management, and court-related workflows
  • Operate and troubleshoot high-volume print/copy equipment
  • Manage confidential, time-sensitive materials with accuracy and care
  • Provide exceptional service to attorneys, paralegals, and firm leadership
  • Assist with mail, scanning, shipping, billing logs, and onsite coordination
What You Bring

  • High school diploma or GED + 1 year of relevant experience
  • Strong customer-service mindset and attention to detail
  • Comfort with MS Office and office technology
  • Ability to stay organized, flexible, and calm under deadlines
