Now Hiring: Office Coordinator (Solo Site)

Take ownership of a dynamic, fast-paced site where every day is different! We’re looking for a proactive Office Coordinator to manage daily operations and deliver top-tier office services.

What You’ll Do:
  • Run day-to-day operations of a copy center, mailroom, or scanning facility.
  • Handle mail, shipping/receiving, and courier services.
  • Operate and maintain office tech (copiers, MFDs, imaging equipment).
  • Coordinate hospitality, reception, and conference room setup (A/V included!).
  • Manage supplies, vendors, and service requests.
  • Build strong client relationships with daily customer interaction.
  • Track performance, support reporting, and meet service-level goals.
