We’re looking for a polished, professional Senior Legal Receptionist & Switchboard to be the welcoming face and voice of our office. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys customer service, multitasking, and keeping things running smoothly.

What You’ll Do:

Greet visitors and issue badges.
Answer and route high-volume calls from across the U.S.
Schedule meeting rooms and maintain calendars.
Assist with light administrative and PC support tasks.
Keep phone lists, messaging systems, and office info up to date.
Support the team with special projects and office needs.

What We’re Looking For:

High school diploma or equivalent.
1–3 years of switchboard or receptionist experience.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Word & Excel.
A team player with a customer-first mindset.
