Hospitality Services Specialist

Are you a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment? We're looking for a Hospitality Services Specialist to provide exceptional on-site support to attorneys, paralegals, and legal teams while ensuring critical legal documents and office operations run smoothly.

What You'll Do:

Manage legal document production, scanning, printing, filing, and records management.
Support court filings, discovery documents, closing binders, transcripts, and other legal materials.
Coordinate mail, shipping, courier services, and document deliveries.
Set up conference rooms, assist with hospitality services, and provide receptionist backup when needed.
Operate and troubleshoot office production equipment while maintaining high service standards.
Deliver outstanding customer service to attorneys, partners, clients, and firm staff.

What We're Looking For:

1-2+ years of professional office experience (legal or law firm experience preferred).
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
Experience with document management systems, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Acrobat.
Exceptional communication, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
