We're Hiring: Field Services Technician
Pay: $32/hour
Are you a skilled technician with experience servicing complex office equipment? Join our team as a Field Services Technician and take ownership of your territory while delivering exceptional technical support and customer service.
Service, troubleshoot, install, and repair advanced office equipment, including multifunction devices
Manage inventory, customer relationships, and territory operations
Provide technical mentorship and training to fellow technicians
Partner with sales teams to identify upgrade and revenue opportunities
Work independently while solving complex technical challenges

What We're Looking For:
- 1+ years of related field service experience.
- Strong technical troubleshooting and repair skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Customer-focused, organized, and self-motivated professional.
Field-based role with territory responsibility.
