Full-time, Monday–Friday (40 hrs/week)
$29/hour + mileage reimbursement.
Personal vehicle + valid driver's license is required.
This role will drive in the North Los Angeles, CA area, and cover the territory from Sherman Oaks to Ventura.

What does this position entail?
- Get hands‑on with Ricoh’s commercial and industrial printers — installing, setting up, and keeping them running smoothly.
- Troubleshoot problems on the spot and figure out fixes that keep customers up and running.
- Handle service calls like a pro, making sure issues are solved quickly and effectively.
- Teach customers how to use the equipment and share tips to help them get the most out of it.
- Act as a go‑to advisor, helping clients streamline their workflows and boost productivity.
- Keep track of your own schedule and juggle priorities without needing someone to micromanage you.
- Stay on top of documentation — logging service details, updates, and reports accurately.
- Manage parts and inventory so you’ve always got what you need when you’re on site.
- Hit performance goals consistently, showing you can balance speed, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Handle service calls like a pro, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and effectively.of the curve.
