Now Hiring: Field Representative II, Field Services Support
Are you a hands-on technician who enjoys solving problems, working independently, and helping customers? We're looking for a Field Representative II to support and service office technology equipment across a dedicated territory.
- Service, repair, and troubleshoot printers, copiers, and multifunction devices.
- Work directly with customers and build strong relationships.
- Manage your own territory and inventory.
- Utilize your mechanical, electrical, and technical troubleshooting skills.
- Ongoing training and opportunities to grow your technical expertise.
What we're looking for:
- 2+ years of technical repair, electro-mechanical, maintenance, or field service experience.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a service territory.
- Valid driver's license.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience in copier repair, printer service, field service, telecommunications, IT hardware support, automotive maintenance, military electronics, HVAC controls, industrial maintenance, or other electro-mechanical repair environments.
