We’re Hiring: Field Services Technician in Oakland, CA
  • $30.00 - $32.00 per hour/
  • Mileage reimbursement/
  • Full-time | Monday-Friday | 40 hours/week/

Do you enjoy troubleshooting, working with your hands, and being out in the field? Join our team as a Field Services Technician supporting customers throughout the Oakland, CA area.

What You'll Do:
  • Travel to customer sites across the Oakland, CA area.
  • Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair Ricoh printers and copiers.
  • Perform preventative maintenance and equipment setup.
  • Resolve mechanical, electrical, and hardware issues.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and document service activity.

What We're Looking For:
Experience in one or more of the following:
  • Field service or equipment repair.
  • Mechanical, electrical, or electromechanical troubleshooting.
  • Industrial or manufacturing maintenance.

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
  • Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory.
  • Comfortable working independently.
