We’re looking for a hands-on Field Specialist with strong mechanical skills and experience servicing high-speed production printers (60–130 ppm). If you thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy solving complex technical challenges, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do:
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot advanced printing equipment.
- Provide expert-level technical support and customer training.
- Diagnose and resolve complex issues independently.
- Act as a trusted consultant for customers and internal teams.
- Drive equipment performance and identify upgrade opportunities.
What You Bring:
- Strong mechanical aptitude and tool experience.
- Background with production printers and finishing equipment (booklet makers, cutters, etc.).
- Experience with roll-feed/web-press equipment is a big plus.
- Ability to travel for training + on-call availability (1 week/month).
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
