- Install, configure & troubleshoot hardware, software, and networked solutions.
- Train customers and improve their workflows.
- Diagnose issues, perform repairs, and keep systems running smoothly.
- Act as a trusted advisor—spot opportunities and recommend solutions.
- Manage service calls, reporting, and inventory with precision.
What You Bring:
- Technical background.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in the field.
- Valid driver’s license & insurance.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office and mobile tech.
