What you’ll do:
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain advanced office equipment (B&W, color, multifunctional devices).
- Act as a technical expert, supporting and mentoring other technicians.
- Manage your own territory, inventory, and customer relationships.
- Drive revenue opportunities through service insights and equipment upgrades.
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences—even in challenging situations.
What you bring:
- 3+ years of technical field service experience.
- Strong electro-mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
- Industry certification and a proven track record of performance.
- Excellent communication and customer service mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage a dynamic workload
