What youâll do:
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain advanced office equipment (B&W, color, multifunctional devices)
- Act as a technical expert, supporting and mentoring other technicians
- Manage your own territory, inventory, and customer relationships
- Drive revenue opportunities through service insights and equipment upgrades
- Deliver exceptional customer experiencesâeven in challenging situations
What you bring:
- 3+ years of technical field service experience
- Strong electro-mechanical and troubleshooting skills
- Industry certification and a proven track record of performance
- Excellent communication and customer service mindset
- Ability to work independently and manage a dynamic workload
